In these uncertain times there are not many things as clear cut, predictable and reliable other than that night follows day and that the sun will shine again and start a new day.
(it might be hidden behind the clouds but you can be sure it’s there)

We all have our own life giving relationship with the sun, a gift that keeps on giving to each and every one, we don’t even have to be nice or do anything in return all we have to do is to show up for jet another day and let it warm our hearts.

Moving from the ordinary to the auspicious

9 Rounds of Sun Salutation comprises of 12 ASANAS (9×12) = 108

IN YOGA there are 108 ENERGY LINES CONNECTING the Anahata Chakra
