Yoga Classes
The classes are at present held at the Kutir from 6.30 to 8.30pm on Mondays and 7.00 to 9.00pm, on Wednesdays. If any of your friends or family members would like to join, they will be most welcome. However, they should become members of the Centre.
The rates are as follows:
One class £8, One calendar month £20, One quarter £45.
Classes in London
Jean and Leonard Gonella have stopped giving classes. However, they hold occasional Satsangs at their residence in Golders Green, London, NW11. If you are interested please get in touch with them on 020 8455 7070.
