All are welcome do come and join us on this eventful day. Experience the different aspects of yoga with different teachers. There will be an asana class, pranayama, meditation, relaxation, talks, chanting, a short film and much more. A wonderful vegetarian sattvic meal will also be provided at lunch time for you.
