Ajapa Japa dharana is a meditation technique that will last a lifetime. Incorporating breath, mantra and awareness of psychic pathways in the body it is a comprehensive practice that can carry one into deep states of meditation and subtle awareness. This course will be for three days (one day per month) with guided home practice in between the sessions.
