YOGA CLASSES
Monday 6.30 – 8.30pm with Monika Mathieu
Wednesday 4 – 6pm Beginners class with Monika Mathieu.
Wednesday 7 – 8.30pm with Monika Mathieu.

Please note that those attending classes at the ashram should become members of
the Centre. The individual Membership fee is £20 for the year and £25 for couples.
This can be paid after an initial period of four classes.
The teachers will offer a discounted lesson fee for these initial classes.
