Recipe – Cleansing Salad

Ingredients:
- 1 kg grated carrot
- 1 piece of chopped white cabbage
- 1 chopped coxes apple
- 1 sliced Banana
- A handful of raisins and almonds, walnuts, hazelnuts
Dressing:
Ratio 3:1 Cider Vinegar to EXtra Virgin Olive Oil
1 teaspoon demerara sugar
Optional
Grated cheese/Cottage cheese
To help to cleanse, eat once per day for 6 weeks
