Ashram Satsang on Saturday 18th December 2021

December 18, 2021

Free

We hope this finds you very well and you are still experiencing and appreciating the help and support yoga brings, not only on the mat but in your daily lives. Yoga is certainly A Way of Life as Swami Indranandaji would tell us so many times, through regular practice we can achieve peacefulness of body and mind. Spiritual growth is also greatly helped by Satsang, literally meaning to gather together with other seekers of Truth.

This is to invite you to our Satsang on Saturday, 18th December, being close to Christmas it is also a time of celebration of the anniversary of our founder Swami Indranandaji.

Do come and join us on this auspicious day.

We will have Havan Yajna, (the ancient holy, Fire Ceremony) prayers, chants, meditation, talks, music and more.

A lovely delicious vegetarian meal will also be provided for you by Swamiji’s own family.

Havan Yajna (Fire Ceremony) will start at 11am. This also includes Vedic chants and prayers.

The special luncheon provided by Swami Indrananda Ji’s own family will be served at 12.45pm.

The afternoon programme will start at approx. 1.45 pm and will include a talk with a Christmas theme, musical items, poetry and meditation.

Refreshments (please feel free to bring vegetarian biscuits, cakes (egg free!) or mince pies will be served at 3.00pm prior to departure.

It would be lovely if you can come to this important occasion and hope to hear from you soon. Satsang is always offered freely but donations are always very much welcomed.
