Starting the new year with Mahamrityunjaya Mantra Havan for health, healing and relief of suffering for all, together with a light karma yoga day and kirtan to open the flow for the year.

Havan is a sacred worship of fire as the transformative element. We will bring in the new year at the centre with a havan of mahamrityunjaya mantra which is associated with the relief of suffering and protection from internal and external negative forces. The rest of the day will be an opportunity to share, talk, eat, and practice some light karma yoga. There will probably be time for some kirtan and maybe even a yoga nidra for tired karma yogis! The day is free, we will aim to provide a simple lunch, please feel free to bring food to share.
