Recipe – Cleansing Salad

Ingredients:

  • 1 kg grated carrot
  • 1 piece of chopped white cabbage
  • 1 chopped coxes apple
  • 1 sliced Banana
  • A handful of raisins and almonds, walnuts, hazelnuts

Dressing:
Ratio 3:1 Cider Vinegar to EXtra Virgin Olive Oil
1 teaspoon demerara sugar

Optional

Grated cheese/Cottage cheese

To help to cleanse, eat once per day for 6 weeks
