Yellow Dhal

This recipe was provided by Indrananda Ji’s daughter, Rani. Attendees at the ashram have been fortunate to experience the excellent food which she has prepared.
Ingredients:
½ cup washed yellow moong beans
½ cup washed yellow lentils
1 tspn turmeric
½ tspn chilli
1tspn fresh grated ginger (or ½ tspn dried ginger)
