Accommodation

Life in an Ashram is very simple and ascetic. It is a place with its own natural setting and pure vibrations to help the aspirants in their Sadhana (spiritual practice). The aspirants are provided separate rooms in the recently built block (Lakshmi Niwas) by our most devoted Karma Yogi Geoffry Cole.
(Please note that the reservation is made on first come first served, and ladies and gents are normally in separate caravan or block). However, there is a lot of space at the Ashram and aspirants are allowed to put up their own tents. There are two separate Bathrooms for ladies and gentlemen respectively.

Food

The food prepared at the Ashram is completely Sattvic and strictly vegetarian (without any fish, eggs, garlic or onions). The cooking is shared by the residents and visitors and provides them with valuable experience in Yoga vegetarian cooking. No other food except in very special circumstances is allowed. Smoking, liquor, drugs and any other unsattvic food are completely prohibited.
