Patanjali Sutras via Zoom weekly
The Patanjali Sutras are just as relevant today as when they were first written. Their main focus is how the individual can have union with the divine. Yoga needs to be broadened beyond asanas and pranayama to encompass spirit – the Self. Svadhyaya – study of the Self is the royal route to this.
