DESCRIPTION:Join international yoga and meditation teacher\, Swami Saradananda in this fascinating full-day workshop. She will introduce you to the powerful revitalizing and regenerating effects that breathing exercises can have on your body\, mind and yoga practice. By working with your physical breath\, and learning to control it\, you can gain control of the more subtle energies within your body and mind. \nIn this workshop you will be presented with powerful tools that will enable you to begin to make more efficient use of the vital energies by which you live and breathe. Use your breath to strengthen the link between your physical and mental capacities.\nSwami Saradananda presents you with a down-to-earth approach to radiant health and inner peace. She will guide you in the use of techniques that will enable you to open yourself up to intuitive inspiration. You will gain new insights into healthier breathing patterns. \nProgramme of the day:\n10- 11am Silent Meditation; introducing the Power of the Physical Breath\n11- 1.30 Pranayama-asana class with focus on breath-work\n1.30-2 .30 lunch break\n2.30-5.30 Connecting with the Power of the Five Prana Vayus\n5.30-5.45 Closing meditation\n5.45-6pm Tea and good-byes \nThe Tutor: Swami Saradananda is an internationally-renowned yoga and meditation teacher who inspires you to want to practise. She worked with the Sivananda Yoga Centres for thirty years as senior teacher and spiritual head of the facilities in New York\, London and Delhi. Her books\, include “Yoga Mind and Body”\, “Relax and Unwind with Yoga”\, “Chakra Meditation”\, “The Power of Breath” and “The Essential Guide to Chakras”. Her latest book “Mudras for Modern Life” is scheduled to be published in October. \nFor some courses non-members should join to attend at the Centre.  Please do check on this.
