DESCRIPTION:Open Day\nA free day for all at the Patanjali Centre for Classical Yoga\nSaturday April 29th 2023 10.00 a.m. – 4.00 p.m. \nFriends\, old and new\, are all welcome to come and join us to celebrate and experience\nthe different aspects of Yoga with different teachers\, in the relaxed and peaceful setting\nat our Centre in Sussex. No experience necessary and you are welcome to take part in\n10.00 a.m. Arrivals\n10.30 a.m. Hatha Yoga Class Monika Matthieu\n12.00 p.m. Break\n12.15 p.m. Teachings Vanessa Graham\n12.45 p.m. Lunch break\n2.00 p.m. Chanting Jenny Newman\n2.15 p.m. Inspiring talk Brian Down\n3.00 p.m. Songs\, guitar & story Phil Duffield\n3.30 p.m. Mystical poetry Manatitaji\n3.45 p.m. Meditation Vanessa Graham\n4.00 p.m. Closing Chant & Light refreshments \n1.00 p.m. A delicious sattvic\, vegetarian lunch is provided for you by Raj and Sulekha\, daughters of our founder\, Swami Indranandaji. There is an opportunity to explore the woods with its meditation circle at the back of the Ashram if desired during break periods. \nPlease reserve a place\, to help plan our catering and share this invitation with your\nfriends and family.
