This is a free day to experience the different aspects of Yoga with different teachers\, in the peaceful setting of our ashram in Sussex. For all abilities. You are welcome to take part in as much or as little as you wish. You will be nourished –physically\, mentally\, spiritually –on all levels. \nPlease reserve a place\, as numbers are limited.
