VIDEO AND CD
‘YOGA: A WAY OF LIFE’ £9.95 (+ £1.50 p&p) A video featuring Sri Indar Ji is available. It has been produced by GAIA Video Communications at the Ashram and gives a general description of the philosophy of Yoga. In the film, Indarji has tried to explain the different aspects of Yoga, the Gurus and teachers we come across, and the law of Karma. This is filmed against a background of a number of the recent interesting programmes, taken place at the Ashram.
The video is highly recommended for teachers, advanced students and beginners alike, who would like to understand the philosophy of Yoga simply explained. You can order your copy by post by sending a cheque/PO for £11.50, made payable to ‘Patanjali Centre for Classical Yoga’, to the Ashram.

Video - Journey with a Master This is a 3-hour Video on Sri Swami Satchidananda’s Ji Maharaj last visit to Bournemouth, England in July 2003 before going to India to attend a Conference of the World Religious Leaders where the Master left his mortal body. Swami Indrananda Ji, who was invited to meet Sri Swamiji, also appears in the video during his talk. He was accompanied by Louise and Philip, who went to Bournemouth to have his darshan. He is also appearing in this video.
Swami ji has received a complimentary copy and seen it. Undoubtedly, it has been produced with great love and affection by Bath Integral Yoga, Sudasi and Vince. Despite their time and expenses, they have kept the cost of the Video to £ 25.
